[PJUG Javamail] question about vacation time your job offers

Sick time: 40 hours a year
Holidays: seven paid holidays, all fixed

WRT "no tracking" holiday policies - NVIDIA (my last mployer) switched 
to that in 2010. The impression I got was that people were taking 
less time off.
