I would be interested to know about additional paid holidays as well.

We get 2 weeks plus 1 week worth of additional paid holidays.

We encourage everyone to use this and in 2011 every minute was used.

We were talking about the amount of vacation time local companies
offer and realize that we didn't have representative sample. I did a
quick look at job postings posted to the PJUG list and they ran
anywhere from not mentioned to five weeks.
So, if you don't mind, I'd like to take an informal survey. How much
vacation times does your firm offer. I get two weeks (which I consider
the utmost minimum) but have worked for firms that offer four. I even
know of one local company that offers six weeks.
I'm interested more in the time than the company so no need to add the
company name. (unless you want to brag)
