[PJUG Javamail] Development environment flexibility?

Thanks to everyone for the feedback (public and private). It sounds like my
situation is at a pretty far extreme on the scale of things. That's what I
suspected, but I didn't want to jump to any conclusions. We'll see what
happens when they actually roll it out. Maybe it's not quite as draconian in
practice as the plans sound, but I'll know the full of it in a couple
months.
