[PJUG Javamail] Talking about Oracle and Java?

As the moderator, I kind of like the idea of this format. I have some ideas
already. I'd like to have some general categories like the ones mentioned
in this thread for a starting point. Obviously, there are career,
technical, philosophical, and community types of talking points.
Anyone who has others, voice them in this thread or email me directly for
some pre-meeting brainstorming.
