I think that discussion is not only appropriate for PJUG, but that PJUG is a 
necessary starting point for such discussions.   Those who make decisions 
about what languages to use need to at least initially make their concerns 
known where Oracle can hear them.  If Oracle chooses another path, then 
creating a mailing list or meeting forum is not that hard.
