emphasis on TDD

Proven expertise in J2EE and object oriented web development experience;
specifically mid-tier architecture and integration in SOA

Extensive Java expertise, design patterns, containers, web services,
enterprise service bus, Message Queue, Databases, SQL, 

Test driven development

Ability to meet your deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
