All,

I'm currently employed by a services consulting company that is looking 
to build an enterprise application in java. It would be a value-add to 
an existing product in the market with a large installed user base.  We 
have started to reach out to development firms to get rfp's based on an 
initial light spec document. I figured I'd send a note out to this group 
to see if anyone had any recommendations for firms in our area, on maybe 
people on this list. We'd be looking for a company or development team 
with prior experience building enterprise level applications that would 
be installed in production HA and DR environments of large financial 
firms throughout the US and overseas.

I haven't seen a FAQ describing any rules against soliciting business
