[PJUG Javamail] Jama: Looking for Sr J2EE Developers

Hi there folks,

This is my first posting on PJUG and I'm here to say that I'm looking for some help. I lead up the small but growing development team at Jama Software here in downtown PDX.  We are currently looking for a few good J2EE developers to join the Jama team.  We are a close-knit group that learns a lot from each other and finds ways to get the job done, having fun and collecting awards along the way.  We've got great clients doing exciting things with our Contour application - they really like what we've done with the app so far and are even more fired up about where we are going with it.  What that means is that we've got bigger and bolder goals for 2010 and need to add folks to the team who will help us get there.

Here's a quick rundown of the skills we are looking for:
* Java
* Javascript (ExtJS would be gravy) and CSS
* Spring and Hibernate
* Web 2.0 application design and development experience, including AJAX and Web Services
* SQL and DB technologies
* Ability to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions
