JavaFX for desktop can be used in commercial applications without any
licensing restrictions. You don't have pay anything or get any sort of
approval. The only restriction is that you app must be a webstart app
or applet and caches the JavaFX runtime from dl.javafx.com. You are
not allowed to repackage the JavaFX runtime and redistribute it
yourself.
