*That's a neat idea.   I've pondered the idea of trying something like 
that for engineer's crazy garage inventions but never got any traction.  
There are certainly enough of both people who need work and ideas that 
need capitalized to make it a general win.  The key of course being can 
we get a local win.  If it aint good for the startups there's no point.

The big hurdle for labor is probably going to be whether someone would 
lose their unemployment for being a volunteer, or keep their 
unemployment because they're getting OJT.
