[PJUG Javamail] [job-contract] Seeking Middleware Expert/Architect

Our client is seeking a middleware architect/expert to conduct an
analysis of their development/production environment and to make
recommendations.

We seek a middleware expert to help us understand how to architect the
middle transaction-handling and caching tier for a system that on the
client side is a few hundred users on an internal network doing mostly
reads and some writes, mostly smallish in size, in a transactional way,
back to/from database server-side.

We desire a middle-tier that allows us to scale smoothly while
maintaining high performance (caching). 

This person will need to assess the tech / HW currently in use and make
suggestions on how to optimize that infrastructure. The client is not
inclined to acquiring new infrastructure.

The end-product will be a well-written recommendation with documented
analysis thoughts and conclusions.  We estimate this to take 2 weeks to
deliver the desired product.
