[PJUG Javamail] eclipse RCP rockstars?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am curious if anyone
in Portland has a significant amount of experience with the eclipse RCP. I
don't have any specific questions, but I have been cranking away at this
project of mine (http://code.google.com/p/seedsofcontempt/) for the past
couple years, and I basically want to know if I'm doing it right. Most of
my code comes from hacked together examples from the internet, and an
enormous amount of trial and error.

I've read the books, tutorials, documentation, API specifications, listened
to the podcasts, and hung out on the IRC channels on freenode etc, but I
have never talked to an actual human with experience programming RCP apps.
Most of the programmers I hang around with come at it from an infosec angle,
and most of them, for some reason, can't stand coding in java.

So, if anyone wants some free lunch or coffee, I would love to go over some
of the high level theory of the eclipse RCP, and what the whole thing is
really all about. I am mostly curious about what the feature/plugin
higherarchy is actually supposed to look like, and how it is meant to fit in
with the development lifecycle. Also, if anyone is interested in writing
security tools in java, or they just want to make fun of my lame attempt at
archetecture, I would love to meet up.

I live in the middle of downtown portland, and work as a security
consultant, so my schedule is pretty flexible.
