[PJUG Javamail] Short Grails/Web Contracts

I've got a client who needs a project completed by March 31. I'm  
looking for two contractors to help me out. I've started building the  
product in Grails, and will be continuing on that path. While  
knowledge of Groovy/Grails is helpful, I don't think it is required  
for this particular project, as I can cover that aspect.

The first contractor would be someone to help me with the front-end  
web work... handy with the AJAXy stuff but knows JSPs (preferably GSP).

The second contractor would be someone to help me with more of the  
back-end. I'm looking for someone to help build the reports by  
querying the database. If you know Grails/Groovy, that would be great,  
but as I said, I can cover that part. Looking for someone with  
experience in JReports and whatnot.

The payment would be a fixed amount based on delivering the product  
not by the hour. Obviously time is of the essence, so get back with me  
soon.
