[PJUG Javamail] anyone recommend accountant for a 1st time 1099 IT professional?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently a full time employee working remote for a company in Florida.  The company is now asking me to become a 1099 independent contractor.  The only problem is that I've never done that and know very little about the conversion and becoming my own LLC.  Does anyone here have experience or better yet, anyone recommend an experienced accountant?
