Minimum requirements: 6+ years experience in IT architecture, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Java based Web applications, including experience leading development and deployment teams.Preference may be given for experience with the following:Languages/frameworks/methodologies: Java, J2EE, JavaScript, PL/SQL, OO Design, Design Patterns, UML, Struts, EJB Tools/GUI/IDE: JDeveloper, Oracle DesignerObject Relational Mappers: Hibernate, TopLinkDatabases: Oracle 9i/10gApplication/Web Servers: Oracle Application Server 10gThis person will provide expert level Java design, development and deployment services required to deliver the components necessary to meet the requirements of this project. This person will also provide coaching to internal Secretary of State developers on designing, developing and deploying some of the required components.
