They sure are!  Just point your browser to the same URL as the live 
stream -- http://bit.ly/pjuglive -- and scroll down to the "Latest 
Videos".  Also, I usually post direct URLs for the recordings the same 
night or the next day on the @pjug twitter <http://twitter.com/pjug>.
