Hi had a realization this morning.  :-)
 
The dot-zero release of a piece of software is like a bunch of people
got together and jammed a big board under a giant stone of a problem.
With creaking, groaning and much effort, they are able to pry, lift, and
budge the stone.  
 
The dot-one release is when Marketing sees the stone move and excitedly
says, "This s great! We can use a lot of those. Do it again, only this
time without the fulcrum."
