Sr. .J2EE Software Engineer to be part of our core software R&D team. You will be working within a high-energy team to produce robust and high-performance software solutions with the scalability to serve our rapidly growing business. This position requires integration experience and flexibility of both language and architecture.

Qualifications:
Required
Very strong object oriented (OO) design skills
Willing to work in an Agile environment
Database design experience
Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Working knowledge of Apache Tomcat (or any other web container)
Agile development methodology
Strong quality orientation
Adept at unit testing
Strong work ethic
Desire to work in a startup environment and take ownership of results
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Preferred
Agile development experience
Experience with PostgreSQL
Ruby experience a plus
Experience with SOAP
Experience with data networking
Experience with VoIP
