[PJUG Javamail] Java DOA ?

As a recruiter, who joined the group, and asked up front if I could post positions, but was denied, but now gets emails that I can't get out of (I've tried unsubscribing and so others frustrated in their attempts), I am laughing, but...a guess a better answer is...keep the threads for technology discussions...and create another thread for job openings. I am thinking that most of the developers get sick of all kind of recruiters clogging the thread just looking to make a buck. On the Java side of the house, I have seen more Java in the last 2 years then in my 15 years a recruiter.

Tim,
I think Java is alive and doing quite well, particularly in the data
center where I see it.
As for the list, it comes and goes. Perhaps we need a good topic to
stir the discussion.
I think most people are busy.
Yesterday I almost forwarded one recruiters email to the team asking
whether we felt the offered salary seemed appropriate. Would that
have stirred the cobwebs of thought for the list?
