[PJUG Javamail] wysiwyg JSP editor?

Can anyone comment about a favorite WYSIWYG editor for JSP?  Ideally an eclipse plug-in, ideally FOSS, but I'm open to all of it.  We need some in-house pages to look snazzy good but we don't have web designer expertise.  Tell me what features you like.  I'm particularly interested in how it helps you achieve good visual design, but good interoperability with JSP and back-end is important too.
