[PJUG Javamail] I'm having a weird problem with log4j logs w/Tomcat

Congress passed a law a few years ago that made daylight savings time start a few weeks early. I think it kicked in last year. I remember needing to run a patch in the Websphere environment to make sure that it picked up the changes. Without it, we would have been out of sync for 3 weeks or so.
