[PJUG Javamail] Error 500

Hi,
 
We have a working web service.  Our client connects and gives it a
value.  We use that to login to their web service and hand them a value
that will then start things running.  Friday their service starting
rejecting us.  Unfortunately, all we've been able to see so far is the
dreaded "HTTP error 500".  Does anyone know a way to peer under the hood
of that so we can see what's exploding where?  (At least I can relay the
info to them so they can try.)
